National Instruments acquired Signalion in November 2012. Signalion founders, Dr. Tim Hentschel and Dr. Thorsten Dräger, continue to lead the team based in Dresden Germany, which will focus on evolving the capabilities of NI LabVIEW system design software and modular PXI hardware for 5G research and wireless infrastructure test applications.
